Motion Design I

This week we start to work on a new assignment — type in motion.

I have picked two clips from two of my favorite shows — one is from South Park’s episode “Casa Bonita” and the other one is from Bojack Horseman a clip of the movie star speech to Princess Caroline.

I personally found the clip of Casa Bonita super funny even though it’s a type of raw and dark humor so I am not sure if it’s too offensive. I finally decided to do the storyboard for Casa Bonita since it’s more interesting and intense to me to visualize the script.

maybe for CASA BONITA words, i can use red background with white words to contrast the conversation scene and Eric’s fantasy dreaming he’s gonna go scene, like this —

not sure if they should slide through or just show up there, will try both

I’m not sure if this is the right way to make storyboard but I do enjoy the process and see my project coming alive. I am very excited to learn more about After Effect and start my project! It’ll be fun :)
